I work as a Care Plan Assessor for Lotus Home Care. I am proud to say I love the way all staff are dedicated to providing the best care for our clients. It is my responsibility to ensure that each and every client has a personalised and meaningful care plan that honours each person's unique needs and wishes.
HR Team
At Lotus Home Care, our Finance and HR team plays a vital role in supporting both our people and our operations. Led by Claire Maguire, Associate Director of People and Finance, alongside Melanie Ireland, Deputy HR & Finance Lead, Rebecca Northgraves, Finance and HR Administrator, and Jayden Burke, People Support Officer, we work closely together to keep everything running smoothly.From billing, payments, payroll, and recruitment to wider HR processes, we handle each area with care and attention to detail. Our aim is to create a holistic employee experience – ensuring every member of staff feels supported, valued, and heard throughout their journey with Lotus Home Care.As a small team with a big focus on wellbeing, we also provide Mental Health First Aid support, promoting compassion and care across all aspects of working life at Lotus Home Care.
Compliance Team
At Lotus Home Care, our Compliance Team is the cornerstone of our commitment to delivering safe, high-quality, and person-centred care. Led by Lyndsay Armitage, Associate Director of Quality and Governance, the team works diligently to ensure that every aspect of our service aligns with regulatory standards and best practice guidelines.Supporting this mission are Emma Marshall and Joseph Hames, our dedicated Quality and Compliance Officers, who work closely with care teams to monitor service delivery, carry out audits, and implement continuous improvement strategies. Gerry Petts, our Customer Experience Quality Officer, ensures that the voice of our service users is heard and reflected in the quality of care we provide.Together, the Compliance Team promotes a culture of transparency, accountability, and excellence—making sure that the care we deliver not only meets expectations but consistently exceeds them as well as ensuring the wellbeing of both our service users and our staff remains at the heart of everything we do.
