I have worked within the health and social care sector for just over 8 years starting off as a care assistant within an EMI unit, gradually working my way up through various roles leading to the rewarding role of branch manager I find myself in now. I have seen how much 'care' really does change an individual's life, this inspires me to always give the best service possible to each individual. To me, caring means paying attention to each required detail in someone's well being and overall life. Ensuring both myself and the team give our service users the dignity, respect and best possible care at all times, giving each individual the best quality of life.
