Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for delivering outstanding care? Lotus Home Care is looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to help shape the future of our growing organisation.

The COO is the second-in-command at Lotus Home Care, working closely with our Strategic and Operations Director. You’ll provide the operational drive needed to deliver on our strategic vision – ensuring that services run smoothly day-to-day, while also helping to shape and implement new initiatives to grow and strengthen the business. This role is designed to complement the Strategic and Operations Director by taking ownership of execution, innovation, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

As COO, you will:

• Lead and inspire our operational teams across domiciliary care and care homes.

• Ensure high-quality, safe, and compliant services at all times.

• Drive operational efficiency, performance, and continuous improvement.

• Support workforce development and foster a positive, person-centred culture.

• Translate strategic objectives into actionable operational plans.

• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and sustainable growth.

This is a hands-on leadership role where your impact will be felt across the whole organisation. You’ll act as the deputy to our Strategic and Operations Director, ensuring the smooth running of Lotus Home Care and helping to build on our reputation for excellence in care.

Who We’re Looking For

Our ideal COO will have:

• Proven senior operational leadership experience within health and social care or a regulated sector.

• Experience managing multi-site services, balancing compliance, quality, and financial performance.

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a track record of motivating teams and delivering results.

• In-depth understanding of CQC regulations and the care sector.

• Commercial awareness and the ability to drive efficiency without compromising care quality.

Salary: £50,000–£55,000 per annum
