At Lotus Home Care, we’re passionate about building rewarding careers in health and social care. Our team recently attended the Barnsley College Jobs Fair to meet local students and jobseekers who want to make a difference in their community.

The event gave us the perfect chance to showcase what a career in care really offers — purpose, growth, and the opportunity to support others every day. We spoke with many enthusiastic students about our roles, from Care Assistants and Senior Carers to Office Support and Health and Social Care Apprenticeships.
