On Thursday, 11 September 2025, Lotus Home Care proudly attended the Hemsworth Community Recruitment Event at the Hemsworth Community Centre. It was a fantastic opportunity to connect with potential candidates, local partners, and the wider community.
Representing Lotus Home Care on the day were Melanie Ireland, Deputy HR & Finance Lead, and Quiet Ncube, Regional Trainer. Together, they met with job seekers and representatives from the local authority to showcase what our company has to offer prospective employees.
The event gave us the opportunity to share more about our values, the rewarding career paths available in domiciliary care, and the training and development opportunities that set Lotus apart as an employer of choice.
Both Melanie and Quiet thoroughly enjoyed networking and speaking to individuals interested in building a career in care. The event proved to be a positive step in raising awareness of our work, building relationships, and encouraging more people to consider joining our team.
