The Start of the G&T Club

We’re proud to launch the Gifted and Talented (G&T) Club – a forward-thinking initiative introduced in 2025 to nurture and empower the future leaders of our business. This unique programme is designed to recognise potential, inspire ambition and provide a clear pathway for career development within our care community.

Each month, the five outstanding carers from across the organisation are carefully selected to take part in an exclusive session with a senior member of the team. These sessions are hands-on, practical, and tailored to provide real-world experience within a variety of departments – from operations and compliance to care planning and quality assurance.

By working closely alongside senior leaders, participants gain valuable insight into the day-to-day demands of leadership roles, while developing the key skills, confidence, and strategic thinking needed to progress in their careers. It’s more than just training – it’s a meaningful investment in talent, offering a springboard for those ready to take the next step.

The G&T Club is a celebration of ambition and ability – a chance to grow, be inspired, and become part of shaping the future of care, together.
