We’re excited to introduce the newest member of the Lotus Home Care family – the Lotus Care Bear!

Dressed proudly in her Lotus Home Care t-shirt, our bear is more than just a cuddly mascot – she represents the warmth, care, and compassion that our teams bring into people’s lives every single day. Just like our carers, she’s a symbol of comfort, trust, and support, reminding us that even the smallest acts of kindness can make a big difference.

Why a Bear?

A teddy bear is often the first thing people turn to for comfort and reassurance, and that’s exactly what Lotus Home Care stands for. We want our bear to be a friendly face of our values – kindness, professionalism, and community spirit.

Where Will You See Her?

Our Lotus Care Bear will be travelling across our branches, joining in on events and popping up to support with recruitment. Whether she’s out in the community, visiting one of our offices, or making an appearance at a roadshow, she’ll be there to spread positivity and show what Lotus Home Care is all about.
