We are incredibly proud to announce that Emma Marshall, one of our Quality & Compliance Officers, has been awarded Ancillary Team Member of the Month!

Emma has been with us for just over 8 months and her growth and development through this period has been exceptional. Emma has dedicated her time and efforts into turning branches around and getting these up to speed and fully compliant. Her proactive approach and attention to detail have made a huge difference, ensuring we maintain excellence in quality and compliance throughout Lotus Home Care.

But Emma’s impact doesn’t stop there. She has also gone above and beyond in her role, stepping in to support our operational teams wherever needed. Her collaborative mindset, reliability, and willingness to help others truly set her apart. Emma has made a significant impact through her time at Lotus and we are excited to see her progress even further.
