We’re really excited to share that we now deliver Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training in-house following our fantastic Nicole and Kate becoming certified!
This is an important step for our service, helping us strengthen our team’s knowledge and understand of supporting people with learning disabilities and autistic people. By delivering this training in-house, we can ensure our staff continue to develop the skills, awareness and confidence needed to provide the highest quality of care.
We have ran 3 sessions this week, all with wonderful feedback regarding the level of information, the engagement and the interaction. This will only continue and grow!
A huge congratulations to Nicole and Kate on this achievement and a massive well-done to Nicole, Kate, Gus and Nathan on the great feedback on the sessions so far!
