We’re delighted to welcome Janine Lee to our team as our new Clinical Trainer. Janine brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from her extensive background as a university lecturer, with a degree in nursing. Her expertise in patient care, training, and staff development will be a great asset as we continue to maintain the highest standards of quality and safety in our services.

In her new role, Janine will be responsible for delivering clinical training, supporting staff development, and ensuring best practice across all aspects of care delivery. She is passionate about empowering carers and nurses with the skills and confidence they need to provide compassionate, person-centred care in the community.
