Over the course of my career, I have developed strong skills in care management, staff development, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered support. I am committed to applying this experience to my role within Lotus Home Care, working closely with staff, service users, and their families to maintain high standards and continuously improve the quality of care provided.

Training Business Admin Apprentice
It is my job to make sure that everyone who starts with the company has all the mandatory training modules sent to them before they can start. It is also my job to book people onto our training and upload their assessments to their drive once they are complete. Once they finish all their training and are ready to start work, I then have to sign them off. I am picking it up very well with just a few more things to keep practicing.
